Privacy policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

When you request an estimate, we collect the name or company name, phone number, service address, approximate floor dimensions or size comparison, and your answers about floor condition and furniture. We use these details to calculate a preliminary price and contact you about your request.

Quote submissions are stored in a text file on the hosting server. Access must be restricted to authorized operators. The website does not automatically send unsolicited marketing messages. Contact us at 603-413-1501 about correcting or deleting a quote request.

We do not sell customer quote data. Hosting providers may process technical request logs. The owner can optionally enable Google Analytics 4 and paste other site-wide tracking or verification code into functions.php. When enabled, those providers may collect device, browser, page-view and other usage data and use cookies or similar technologies according to their policies.

Before publishing: Confirm which analytics services are active, your applicable consent and retention obligations, and your actual data-handling practices. Update this policy for your setup.
